I have tried for hours online on Saturday to get going forward on a claim and it just seems impossible to get any kind of answer from this sad excuse for a business.

Could not find an email address, phone number, only online chat that did not help or work
The first problem is the format that your receipt is in, got that changed and turned up not acceptable 3 more times.
I got E-bay to call me back, got a phone number from them and will continue trying to get satisfied come Monday. I have more than 19 months left on policy
