I purchased accidental damage coverage for a Samsung Galaxy S7. I sent it in once for a cracked screen and once for a cracked back.

When I tried to file another claim I found out that my plan had been de-activated. There are two issues with this. The first is that I was not notified that my coverage had ended. The second is that there is no way that the two repairs cost more than the price of the S7.

It is obvious that the cost of the repairs had been inflated by SquareTrade in order to weasel out of the contract.

One lesson learned from this is: Do not do business with SquareTrade. Another lesson is: Do not buy a phone whose back is made of glass.
