I have sent in my Dell Laptop for repair twice for the same problem.10 days with out each time.
second time ask tech service rep. if I could have it repaired local, and find out the route cause if the switch was replaced each time, he stated that I had to send in.
Received laptop back, same problem, but I tried to make it work so I did'nt have to send back now the problem is getting worse and had to bring out old computer out to use.I defiantly will not use these people to do any service work.

Reason of review: Warranty issue.
Monetary Loss: $899.
Preferred solution: to allow a local company to repair this, and (Square trade) pays for it..
