I have sent in my Dell Laptop for repair twice for the same problem. 10 days with out each time.
second time ask tech service rep. if I could have it repaired local, and find out the route cause if the switch was replaced each time, he stated that I had to send in.
Received laptop back, same problem, but I tried to make it work so I did'nt have to send back now the problem is getting worse and had to bring out old computer out to use. I defiantly will not use these people to do any service work.

Monetary Loss: $899.
Preferred solution: to allow a local company to repair this, and (Square trade) pays for it..
