I would give them a higher rating as they did make an easy claim process, but when they ended my warranty after 2 claims I was never informed that they were doing so. I was under the assumption I was still covered and I do not appreciate being misled.
I believe that they should make their policy of ended coverage more clear and then inform the consumer when their policy is cut off.
If I had been aware I was no longer covered, I would have sold the device and used the funds to purchase another one of better quality. As such I feel like I have been deceived and do not appreciate it.
