Fitness tracker wristband broke after 3 months. Square trade claim was accepted; I was told to return entire product plus charger cord so electronics could be evaluated & serviced.
Sounded crazy; I questioned the sensibility then followed instructions because I wanted the wristband replaced. Resolution: Told that "product cannot be repaired; refund, minus sales tax, will be returned by check." Makes no sense whatsoever. I will never purchase another warranty from this company. Clearly they do not care about product satisfaction, replacement or repair.
Rather than talk to another yahoo on the phone I wanted to write a letter expressing my dissatisfaction.
The company has two addresses on the internet. Letter to the Market Street, San Fran address was returned "vacant, unable to forward." Hoping letter to 3rd St, San Fran address was delivered.
