Squaretrade Customer Care Review

Spoke with 4agent in 3 days, each one had a diffrtent resolution. Lack of consistancy, 50minutes hold time , prividing false information on insurance product in US. How they can get away ? 2 hours waiting for a supervisors call. I am just sorry for mysf to purchase their insurance.
