Squaretrade - Not happy with Square Trade
Filed claim on 5/9/18 on my "Crushed" GoPro Hero 5 Session pics attached..have only recieved 1 update in almost a Month...called numerous time...they say waiting on Parts...its CRUSHED...REPLACE IT PERIOD. ....NOW They keep saying its repaired in 5 days...been almost 30...they say its guarenteed or its free.?? It is 6/5/18.....Replace it..
Squaretrade - Bad service
I bought an insurance plan and was hung up on. When I called bagain the woman said take a picture of the front and back which I did and never heard anything. Staples replaced the fire because not the problems. Terrible customer service. My third fire stopped charging.

Waiting for a replacement hoverboard and there is none in stock so I'm asking for my money back
What a complete disaster. Purchased TV from COSTCO and took out the Square Trade warranty. TV would not power on and was on hold forever trying to reach Square Trade customer. Finally had to explain a basis problem - no power - and troubleshoot for hours with them....Read more
