Poor Customer Service at SquareTrade
I have a warranty with Square trade. They shipped FED EX label and box to fix broken tablet.
I shipped the product in their special tablet /laptop box along with the required info and charger on Aug. 10. FEDEX shipped in a small uninsulated box the tablet to me today. It never got to Square Trade.
Their customer service person stated that I need to file a claim with FED EX...... I didn't pay for the shipping so why do I need to make the claim. My charger is missing and my tablet is probably more damaged than what I was originally sending to Square Trade to fix. FED EX stated that is was still in holding in overgoods in Memphis as of 8/12 .
That's what they are showing after they delivered to my door thirty minutes later........
Square Trade has the account with FED EX not me........ Now I'm without a charger and probably a completely destroyed tablet/
Reason of review: Not taking lead on their contract with FED EX.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
