Purchased a bike in Feb 2018. Parts fell off on first ride.

ToysRUs wouldn't help due to closing. Bike cost $97. Paid some cash and used $70 in toysrus rewards. Cashier charged my warranty cost for $90 item.

I was assured that even though I paid with rewards, the warranty covered the replacement cost. Square Trade reimbursed $19.98. Saying they do not count paying with reward dollars as part of the purchase price. I would have NEVER paid $14.98 for a warranty covering a $19.98 item.

I have been trying to work things out with them for over a month, but they are refusing to help. When talking with me they didn't seem to care about my issue and really didn't do anything to resolve my issue. This was my first experience with them and it will be my last.

I am on a limited income and I feel it is important to give as many people as I can a heads up so they won't have to deal with being ripped off like I was by this Awful Company. AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!
