It took literally 3 months in order for me to get the correct shipping label. I've been doing this since March 26th none of the representatives could help me they kept telling me that my email address cannot be updated and then they updated it it was just a big run around and seriously felt like the representatives did not know what the heck they were doing it was the worst ever. I will no longer buy insurance for through Allstate for any of my items I do not recommend this.

Can't establish a Claim on a non functioning item that was purchased a few with insurance

Called all numbers available and whenever did talk with someone they either redirected or no answer. Also not allowing to process online as it's suggested.

User's recommendation: To find other resources that won't give these hassles.

Returned item back to customer for refund, Dont need the insurance. Was told I have 30 days before insurance kicks in. So I am cancelling the insurance since I dont have the item anymore that I got the insurance for. If you return the item for a full refund, then you dont need the insurance on that item anymore.

I contacted them about a broken TV

Working with square trade is like going to a timeshare presentation. They will wear you down and waste your time until you finally give up.

Square Trade is a pure scam.

Have a 4 year plan on a pc monitor that died. They passed the buck and transferred me between a million different useless departments. Finally I get told I need to contact the original manufacturer of the monitor! WHAT THE *** KIND OF HELP IS THAT? They do everything they can to avoid honoring their insurance plans. Pure scam and this company should have been taken to task by the government a long time ago. THEY WILL NOT HONOR THE PLAN YOU PAID FOR. PERIOD. IT IS A SCAM.

Faulty website

I hope your insurance is better than your website. I want to file a claim and your website will not let me register. Is your insurance a scam? I hope I do not have to contact the Attorney General to get a response from you.

Impossible to reach an actual person

This has got to be one of the most frustrating companies to deal with! Their phone prompts go nowhere and there are no options to contact customer service. Other than this.. I think theyre a good company as long as you dont need to reach them for anything. But customer service is important to me and this company leaves a lot to be desired.

Trying to get an item replaced but having to jump through hoops to get it done. I was told I had to go to manufacturer to get new item but they could not do it so I tried to get ST to do it and they make it so difficult to get a replacement. I need it handled or my entire ST fee refunded.

Ebay suck for refunds on online 877- 927-****

I did not get a full refund on my Purchases when purchased a E-scooter for $944.68 I only Receive less than i ipaid for 2year warranty Payment for $3199 WAS not receive It.hard for me say if I wiil ever make a any purchases at Ebay again

I talked to 6-7 different people and they all gave me different excuses. I have not received my refund. They keep saying it’s in my email. It’s not!!!!!

I had purchased the extra protection when I bought a smoker for my son as a gift. One day went out to use it and it was sparking, the wiring on the machine was faulty in the switch and it could have burned down my house. They said I could get my refund 2 ways. An email with a gift card or a check. Well I never got either. And I have continued to call. With the same response look in you email. Its not there!!!
