Recently, we sent our Samsung Galaxy Tab S for repair to the Square Trade repair center to check why the battery was not charging.We received the unit back from repair without the AC charger and Micro SD card which were included in the original package when sent the repair center.

Called Square Trade Customer Service to inquire about the accessories that were not returned with the repaired tablet. The repair center lied about two things: first, they said the AC charger was never in our original package and second, the Micro SD card was included in the returned package sent back to us.

They finally agreed to send us both items but could take 2-5 business days so will have to wait and see if the original problem was repaired.Poor customer service and employees that lie is not in my book for future warranty purchases from Square Trade.

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of squaretrade protection plan. Squaretrade needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
