I was a fan for a long time. 1st time I cracked my screen I printed out the shipping and it was fine.

Dropped it in the mail, got it back fixed as promised overnight.

Now, a year and 1/2 later the charging port is broken so I do the same drill-shipping and waiting. Missed the FedEx guy so I ended up driving to the shipping center so as not to miss the package again. After spending an hour driving and waiting I get the back plate and battery.

But no phone. Call claims and their response is it can't be repaired so they'll send out a replacement. It's been days and I've gotten responses of 1) It's on it's way. 2) We can't see any update to the claim-so no idea what is being resolved.

3) It should be there Monday, Tuesday at the latest. So here I sit, waiting for some imaginary package to turn up. It'll be here at some point so as soon as it does I will be canceling all my warranties with them and do like everyone else; just make sure to tell every person I meet to stay away.

Sucks, but they pretty much do this to themselves. (shrug)

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $300.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

SquareTrade Pros: Service i received in the past.

SquareTrade Cons: Run around no positive service.
