Exchange, Refund and Cancellation Policy

I purchased warranty for 2 years through ebay on a cell phone purchase that was never completed. I tried several time to reach them and they say they cannot locate my purchase .

obviously they located when they charge me. Today I received an email from ebay saying that they closed the case because this warranty is not covered by the agreement. I sent email to seller several times. not answer for 3 weeks , so I put a claim in ebay .

they ask you if you have contacted the seller , which i did. no response for another 3 weeks , and today I received a notification that case was closed and is not part of the buyer agreement

Monetary Loss: $13.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: When i asked for refund they cannot locate my purchase.
