SquareTrade - Time-consuming, horrible system with the worst customer-service
Two months after i filed my claim and 15 hours (no less) of listening to Square Trade’s horrible waiting music and being transferred back and fourth to different employees who “are not authorized to help you.” (Employees who also tried to trick me into paying my deductable one more time and forced me to take another trip to a repair shop). I finally received my new iPhone, but as I turned on the phone, it showed me that my Sim-card was locked, this happened to be that phone I received was an not activated nor authorized iPhone.
I then had to call Square Trade several more times, and they decided to send a new phone, which I received the following day. But once again, as I turned on my new phone, I experienced, that this phone did not live up to the usual iPhone standard as well, the colors on the screen were faded and the phone worked slower than usual phones.
My Square Trade experince have been one horrible, time-consuming proces!
I would not recommend this company to one living soul. ***

Square Trade is great to deal with...as long as you don't have a claim. Claims are kinda foreign for them
Glad I've never owned a cell phone. Yours is a problem I'll never have.
